To prepare the healthy yogurt cake, in a bowl we break the eggs and start mixing with the electric whisk.
Then we add the sugar and continue to mix with the whips.
pour the two jars of white yoghurt, add the grated lemon peel and mix with the whisk. We add sunflower oil and flour, a little at a time, always continuing to mix.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix until a smooth and lump-free dough is obtained.
We prepare a well-greased and floured cake pan, mine is 26 cm in diameter and pour the dough. We bring our cake to bake in a fan oven at 170 ° for about 45 minutes or in a fan oven at 180 ° for about 45 minutes.
Once cooked our healthy yogurt cake let it cool completely, before removing it from the mould and decorate it with icing sugar.
