Ingredients for 3/4 people
200 g of tamarind fresco
1 litre of natural water
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
some ice cubes
Preparation of Tamarind juice
Cut the tamarind into small pieces. In a saucepan, pour the water and the syrup and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes. Turn off and let cool a couple of hours in the refrigerator before filtering with cheesecloth.
Serve with ice cubes
