20 ml of lactose-free milk (or preferred milk)
1 tablespoon of rice oil + to taste for the pan (or favourite seed oil)
60 gr of rice flour (or 00 flour for those who are not celiac)

Preparing American pancakes is very simple and it only takes a few minutes. First, add the egg, sugar and oil to a bowl.
Then add the milk you have chosen to use and the aroma you prefer.
Then pour the rice flour, the teaspoon of baking powder or the half-teaspoon of baking soda and mix everything with a fork, until a smooth and lump-free mixture is obtained. Help yourself with a whisk if necessary.
Oil a non-stick pan and let it warm up. Then pour the dough, helping yourself with a spoon and shape the pancake, giving it the classic round shape.
Cook the pancakes about 1 minute on each side and serve pancakes gluten-free with the syrup and/or fresh fruit you prefer.
