How to make grated cassava cake with cheese:
Start by peeling the cassava and cutting it into pieces. Then put in filtered water and let it hydrate a little.
When the cassava is tender, grate on the fine grill. Transfer the grated cassava mass to a bowl and cover it with water.
Spend this mixture on a bleached cotton cloth and wring out the cloth until the water stops dripping. Set aside the resulting dough, which should weigh 600 grams of cassava dough needed for this grated cassava cake recipe with cheese.
With the cassava dough ready, gather the remaining ingredients needed to prepare this cake – this is called ‘mise en place.
