The beauty of chia pudding is that we can prepare it the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight to be ready for breakfast and decorate it with what we like best. We mix well with a whisk and let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours (we can also prepare it the night before for breakfast and let it rest in the fridge overnight). After resting we will get a pudding mixture, transfer it to a jar or bowl and decorate it with fresh fruit to taste, we can also make a mix of seasonal fruit!
