How to prepare Hawaiian cake

Put the 00 flour in a large bowl and sifted yeast (1), sugar and coconut flour and mix (2). Then add the eggs, yoghurt, pineapple and small pieces and mix with powders. Also add seed oil and chopped walnuts, continuing to mix until a homogeneous mixture (3).

Pour the mixture into a mould from 22 centimetres of a buttered and floured diameter (4) and cook in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes: always do the toothpick test to make sure that the dessert is also cooked inside. Once ready, baked the cake (5), let it cool for good and then remove it from the mould. Your Hawaiian cake is ready to be enjoyed with a sprinkling of icing sugar.

Advice
