TARTAR SAUCE

Tartar sauce is made in just a few steps and is ideal for dressing roasted chicken, fried fish or to enrich a simple salad. INGREDIENTS
2 boiled eggs
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
50 g pickled gherkins
juice of half a lemon
Pepper as needed.

Chop the hard-boiled eggs and gherkins very finely and put them in a large bowl. Now add the mayonnaise, squeeze the lemon juice, then pepper to taste.
