Potato, vegetarian keto salads preparation
We cook the potatoes in boiling water. In the meantime, cut the courgettes into slices and grill them on the plate without adding seasonings. We also grill the chicken breast slices. When the potatoes are ready we clean them and cut them into pieces in a bowl. We also cut the courgettes and chicken into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the potatoes. Season to taste with salt, extra virgin olive oil and thyme. We mix and serve the salad.
