INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sugar or honey
20 ml of lactose-free milk (or preferred milk)
1 tablespoon of rice oil + to taste for the pan (or favourite seed oil)
60 gr of rice flour (or 00 flour for those who are not celiac)
1 teaspoon baking powder (or 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda)
Favourite flavour such as lemon or orange zest, cinnamon, vanilla etc.

Preparation

Preparing American pancakes is very simple and it only takes a few minutes. First, add the egg, sugar and oil to a bowl.

Then add the milk you have chosen to use and the aroma you prefer.

Then pour the rice flour, the teaspoon of baking powder or the half-teaspoon of baking soda and mix everything with a fork, until a smooth and lump-free mixture is obtained. Help yourself with a whisk if necessary.
