INGREDIENTS FOR 10 PANCAKES
2 eggs
125 gr (1 jar) of lactose-free white yoghurt
20 gr (2 spoons) of sugar
20 ml (2 tablespoons) of rice oil (or preferred seed oil)
100 gr of rice flour
1 pinch of baking soda (or a teaspoon of baking powder)
Fresh fruit and honey to taste
Making greek yogurt pancakes keto is really easy, first, we break the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar, rice oil, the jar of lactose-free white yoghurt and mix all the ingredients with a fork.
Also add the rice flour, the pinch of baking soda and mix all the ingredients until a smooth and lump-free mixture is obtained.
